Relaxing sundays

Last weekend and this weekend were very relaxing. We had no big plans (except a visit of friends yesterday), so that we could make what we wanted. So last sunday we made a little geocaching tour to places most of us haven't seen yet, like a waterfall in Langenfeld or the Paschenburg. It was a lot of fun. From the Paschenburg we had a really nice view over parts of Hameln and Schaumburg. :D

And we also made a pumpkin. Okay, Volker made one. It is outside now and I hope it'll last long. The last years they looked worse after some days, but this year I try to take hair spray. ;)

And today I made some more ATCs. Volker said I was very creative, but I'd like to know your opinion. Most of the ATCs were for a "Spooky" swap and I hope they are spooky enough. What do you think?

Yesterday night I made some more ATCs. It was the first time that I drawed some pics myself. Well, I asked my family and they said that they liked them. But I really would like to know, do you also like them? I drawed the witch with help from an art trader magazine. And the other one I tried to copy that technique on another picture. Do you know which character I draw? I hope you can see it. ;) If you'd like to have one of the selfdrawed ATCs please tell me and I'll send them to you.

Geocaching in the golden season 2013

and again we needed water

This last public holiday we were geocaching again with Sabrina and Ramon (Team Gyldenale).
We made a round around the Doktorsee in Rinteln. It has 21 normal caches and one bonus. Well, I can say the difficulty of the caches was chosen a bit too high for the difficulty outside. I expected even more harder caches to find. But they were quite easy to find. But they also had some nice ideas which I want to show you here. The bonus was a bit harder. I guess we made something wrong during the tour (we had to count spots on ladybugs). Maybe we haven't seen one spot, so the coordinates got wrong. We looked at two different places but had no luck. I was happy that I have a friend that already found the bonus, so I called her and she helped us a bit. It would have been sad if we drove without finding that one. It was a mailbox with place for TBs and Coins. :D

Hm, I called this one geocaching in the golden season, well, the leaves are not very golden here yet, but we had great weather, blue sky, but very cold wind. ;) Looking forward to go geocaching more this month. The last month we really had no time for it because of my hospital stay and of course August was full of caches this year as we made the "31 days of geocaching". We found one cache each day. :D

Autumn is in our flat

Finally autumn moved into our flat. :) I totally like the season and I really like everything about it, decorations, food, the nature outside. :D What do you most like about the season?

 In this picture, you can also see the last letter of my "home" decoration which I want to decorate in the future, I only need to find some nice paper for it.


This is a witch we got from friends for our wedding. The witch is from the Harz, where they are coming from and if you know me, I totally like the Harz. This witch is very big, but we also have a little one in our flat as well.

And also some candles shouldn't be missed. :)
